Emma is a Specialist (Waste and Recycling) in WRAP’s Policy and Insights team where she supports the delivery of key projects for Government funders alongside other partners. Emma is part of the project team who have created the Business of Recycling guidance, tools and resources. This project aims to provide businesses and other organisations with an understanding of the benefits of recycling, alongside step-by-step guidance on how they can introduce recycling services, and how to communicate such change to employees. Before joining WRAP in 2022, Emma worked across the public, private and third sectors delivering and supporting the delivery of waste collection services across the UK, Europe and further afield.
