Nicola Kemp is a Specialist (Waste and Recycling) working in the Policy and Insights team at WRAP. Nicola supports the delivery of key projects for Government funders alongside other partners.
Nicola is part of a wider project team, who have created the Business of Recycling guidance, tools and resources. A project aiming to provide businesses and other organisations with an understanding of the benefits of recycling, alongside step-by-step guidance of how they can introduce recycling services, and how to communicate such change to employees. Prior to her work at WRAP, Nicola spent over two decades working in waste management within Local Government, where she managed the introduction of various service changes including rolling out a commercial waste recycling service.
