She co-leads the division Green Economy and Circular Economy. Her work focuses on market research and assessment, market studies, Market & Commercial Due Diligence and strategies for the opening of new markets and competition analyses as well as company evaluations for private and communal clients. Bärbels expertise comprises questions of the general design of waste management systems, but also questions of specific waste streams and treatment routes. She is familiar with relevant assessment methodologies and has long-term experiences in database design and building complex data models and is responsible for the conception of waste management models at Prognos.
