Debbie has have over 20-years’ resources and wate sector experience, primarily in a busy multi-disciplinary consultancy environment. She currently works within the Policy and Insights team in WRAP working on projects relating to waste policy implementation in Northern Ireland and England. She is a Chartered Environmentalist, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) and the current Chair of CIWM in Northern Ireland.
