Keith Patterson FCIWM, CEnv, ISWA International Waste Manager, is an experienced waste and resources professional with a track record of supporting and delivering local government services across the UK. Having managed waste and recycling services for several councils earlier in his career, he went on to provide strategic, technical and policy support to authorities through WRAP for two decades, helping shape recycling systems, policy consultations, behaviour change campaigns, and guidance and tools to support non-household recycling. Keith now brings that breadth of expertise to his role as Head of Waste & Cleansing Services at Ards and North Down Borough Council.
