Rosa Knox-Bradley, Project Delivery Lead, Polytag

Rosa Knox-Bradley is Polytag’s Project Delivery Lead, specialising in packaging sustainability, recycling innovation and supply chain traceability. At Polytag, she has delivered industry-first initiatives with major UK retailers and brands, including Co-op, Ocado Retail, Waitrose, M&S and Kraft Heinz. Her work focuses on deploying technologies such as QR codes and invisible UV watermarks to provide unprecedented insight into packaging lifecycles, helping to inform the development of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in the UK through data and innovation. She began her career at Bryson Recycling, where she supported the deployment of a Digital Deposit Return Scheme (DDRS) trial in Whitehead. Since joining Polytag in 2022, she has continued to work on DRS initiatives and wider traceability programmes across the UK and Europe. She is also the author of an industry whitepaper on packaging data and traceability, which calls for a “Green Plus” approach to reward better recycling performance within EPR policy.
