Tom has been Policy Officer at LARAC since summer 2024, having previously worked in plastic recycling policy for a number of years. He has been involved in representing local authorities on a number of waste and recycling policy topics including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Deposit Return Scheme (DRS), Simpler Recycling in England, Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and others, including nation-specific policies in the devolved administrations.
